Increasing small business access to capital
Success Capital is a non-profit organization. We work with lending institutions, community economic development agencies, and business owners to facilitate access to capital for growth and job creation. We provide services throughout California.
Success Capital Expansion & Development Corporation (formerly known as Stanislaus County Economic Development Corporation) is licensed as a Certified Development Company (CDC) and we are regulated by the U.S. Small Business Administration.
Our team of finance professionals has decades of experience with helping small business owners achieve greater success. Since our inception, SuccessCapital has provided more than $200 million in loans to hundreds of small business owners.
At Success Capital, our key focus is to help growing businesses finance the acquisition of real estate or other long-term fixed assets. We provide SBA 504 loans, which require low down payments and offer fixed-rate financing for the purchase, modernization, renovation, construction, or restoration of facilities.
Financing packages tailored to your business needs
Based on SBA program guidelines, the professional team at Success Capital works directly with you to tailor a financing package that meets your needs. We recommend approval to SBA, prepare loans for funding, and service these loans. We also work diligently with you and your bank to help obtain the best possible rates and terms. If you don't have a bank to work with, we can also help you select one that fits your company's specific needs.
Advantages of the SBA 504 program
For most projects, we require only 10% down. You needn’t worry about the prime lending rate increasing on our portion of the financing, because our rates are fixed for 20 years. SBA 504 financing is fully amortized over 20 years on real estate loans, and interest rates are competitively low.
