Success Capital is a non-profit organization. We work with lending institutions, community economic development agencies, and business owners to facilitate access to capital for growth and job creation. We provide services throughout California.

Success Capital Expansion & Development Corporation (formerly known as Stanislaus County Economic Development Corporation) is licensed as a Certified Development Company (CDC) and we are regulated by the U.S. Small Business Administration.

As a CDC, we administer the SBA's 504 loan program throughout California and we also oversee the Stanislaus County Revolving Loan Fund (RLF) - an alternative lending program.

Our team of finance professionals has decades of experience with helping small business owners achieve greater success. Since our inception, Success Capital has provided more than $200 million in loans to hundreds of small business owners.

Advantages of the SBA 504 program

For most projects, we require only 10% down. You needn’t worry about the prime lending rate increasing on our portion of the financing, because our rates are fixed for 20 years. SBA 504 financing is fully amortized over 20 years on real estate loans, and interest rates are competitively low.
