Success Capital Celebrates at its Annual Luncheon ~ Acknowledging SBA 504 Banks and Lenders
Success Capital Expansion & Development Corporation (Success Capital) celebrated its 17th Annual Luncheon on October 4, 2017 at which time they acknowledged some of the valley’s best SBA 504 lenders and participating banks. SBA 504 Loans are an excellent source for small businesses needing to expand and finance commercial real estate or equipment, which help small businesses grow and create new jobs.
The guest speaker for the event was local businessman, Modesto City Councilman, Manmeet (Mani) Grewal, of Modesto, CA, who owns and manages multiple businesses in the Valley, and is the owner the new Modesto Marriott Residence Inn that is under construction and was financed with an SBA 504 loan from Tri Counties Bank and Success Capital.
The event was held in Modesto, CA. Attendees included Success Capital’s Board of Directors, local banking partners of Tri Counties Bank, Oak Valley Community Bank, F&M Bank, U.S. Bank, Central Valley Community Bank, Bank of Stockton, Rabobank, Bank of the West and Access Plus Capital, along with local Commercial Realtors and Title Company partners. In addition, officials from the U.S. Small Business Administration Fresno District Office and a representative from Senator Anthony Canella’s office, plus several other guests also attended.
