Success Capital Celebrates Another Successful Year as the Area’s Top SBA 504 Lender
Success Capital Expansion & Development Corporation (Success Capital) held their 20th Annual Luncheon on November 2, 2023, celebrating another successful year for SBA 504 loans in their region. The luncheon event was held once again at the Dust Bowl Brewery Company in Turlock, CA.
Success Capital acknowledged some of Central Valley’s finest SBA banks and loan officers. SBA 504 Loans are an amazing loan product for small businesses needing to expand and finance commercial real estate or equipment. Despite the rising rate environment this past year, the SBA Fresno District provided 519 ($427,050,000) SBA 504 loan approvals this year. Out of the 15 counties in the Fresno District alone, Success Capital did their part by ranking 5th in the district in approvals and fundings in this lending area, not to mention other parts of California where loans were made. Small businesses were able to continue to expand, purchase their own buildings while creating new jobs.
This year’s event featured guest speaker Walter J. Nicolau, Jr. founder and co-owner of Classic Wine Vinegar Co., Inc. of Ceres, CA. Walter shared their story of how his wine vinegar manufacturing facility came to be and evolved over the years. Being an SBA 504 Borrower himself, he expressed how the SBA 504 helped their business expand.
Dawn Golik, SBA Fresno District Deputy and Marsha Carr, President and CEO of Success Capital gave updates to the guests including exciting new information regarding changes to the 504 program.
